TUITION AGREEMENT

 

The Registration Fee of $300 is included in the cost of tuition, and if paid at the time of registration would be deducted from these figures.

Tuition for the 2022-2023 school year will be paid by: (Please check one.)

 

__________ Option 1 --  Single Payment.  Due on or before August 1, 2022

 

__________ Option 2 – Two Payment Plan.  Two payments – One made in

August, 2022, and the other before January 31, 2023.

 

  __________ Option 3 – Monthly payment Plan. Payments budgeted over 10 

                                             months, beginning  August, 2022. Payments are due by the 20th of each month.

 

I agree to make tuition payments for the 2022-2023 school year according to one of the options above.
